For Custom Items:
Each WORD is unique to the person ordering it. Once you place your order and your item has been created, we wont be able to honor a refund for your custom item.
For Non-Custom Items:
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to cancel it for you. Just send us a message using the chat bubble below to reach our customer service team. Please include your order number.
For orders that have already shipped, we will consider returns/refunds up to 45 days after purchase for non-defective, unused or unworn items only. You’ll need to send the items back to us; once we receive and inspect them to confirm they’re in good condition, we’ll process your refund.
Please note: refunds will exclude the original shipping cost and the cost of the return label.
For all defective items:
We will consider returns/exchanges up to 45 days after purchase.
